Data deletion

This is a GET information page. It explains how to make a request; it is not a Meta POST callback endpoint.

The former public data-deletion destination did not contain a request form or callback handler. This updated page preserves that destination and provides the current request instructions published in our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

Email info@onestopinventing.com from the address you used with One Stop Inventing. Tell us which information you want deleted and include enough context for us to locate the relevant records. We will respond to the request.

What we can review

Depending on your relationship with us, our records may include contact details, invention or project information, sales notes, files connected to a project, or messages exchanged with us. We will review a request and delete information when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal or legitimate business recordkeeping requirement.

Important limits

  • Deleting information from our systems may not be possible where we are legally required to keep it.
  • Deleting WhatsApp messages from our systems does not remove copies held by Meta or on your device.
  • This page does not receive Meta POST requests, and no Meta webhook is claimed to be registered by visiting this page.
